Great to meet you!

I am so glad you are here. Through the use of humor, empowerment, and collaboration I specialize in working with folks navigating perinatal mood disorders, womens issues, chronic illness, expansive relationships, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I graduated with my MSW in 2014 and have been licensed and working in private practice since 2017. I obtained my PhD in Human Sexuality Studies in 2021 and enjoy working with individuals and expansive relationships around intimacy and sexuality needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to meet clients where they are and utilize interventions that are most fitting to their needs however I do gravitate towards psychodynamic, CBT, systems, and insight oriented approaches. My practice is trauma informed, kink and gender affirming, and sex positive. I center safety in my practice and am focused on creating healing space for all folks.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a warm, safe environment for clients to explore their needs and goals. Together, we will discuss what you are looking for out of treatment and set up a plan to meet your goals. I am collaborative in nature and walk alongside my clients as they navigate life transitions.
