Great to meet you!

My name is Tessa, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist focused on helping teens, young adults, and women deepen their understanding of themselves and find healing. I support clients facing anxiety, identity struggles, challenging relationship dynamics, and the lasting effects of trauma. In my work, I’m committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where we can explore these parts of life together and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I strive to create a warm, accepting space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. I know that showing up authentically—especially in the hard, messy moments—takes incredible courage, and I feel privileged to witness that bravery in my clients every day. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, nurturing resilience, and uncovering the insights that can lead to meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I believe being truly known and seen is essential to healing. My role is to walk with you through this process, offering a safe space to explore and a compassionate ear to support you in making sense of your experiences. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, struggling in your relationships, or facing challenges unique to being a teen, young adult, or new parent, I'm here to help you find clarity, feel seen, and move forward with greater confidence and understanding.
