Great to meet you!
Many of us learn to survive difficult experiences long before we ever have the chance to heal from them. Anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, and feeling constantly overwhelmed often make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped us. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of those patterns, and begin creating lasting change.
For more than 11 years, I worked in Texas school districts and child welfare, supporting children, adolescents, and families through foster care, adoption, trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions. Those experiences taught me to look beyond behaviors and symptoms to understand the whole person. Today, I work with adolescents, adults, women, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, ADHD, and family issues. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while building practical tools for everyday life.
