My name is Tessa and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a BA from Elon University, and a MS in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I have spent time working with individuals, couples, and families at different levels of care.


I spent 4 years working with Eating Disorders in addition to many comorbid diagnoses at an Inpatient/Residential treatment facility. I also have experience working at the Partial Hospitalization level of care working with OCD, Anxiety and Depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through an individualized, strengths-based, and collaborative approach I strive to allow clients to feel heard and understood as they process through a variety of life challenges. I also enjoy incorporating expressive arts into therapy when clinically appropriate. I have a strong desire to provide the very best care to the clients I serve.
