Great to meet you!

I bring humor, creativity, and warmth into therapy while prioritizing a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and empowered. Once we build a sense of trust, I work to understand your needs and collaborate with you on meaningful goals. I then offer tools tailored to your learning style to help you move toward those goals in a way that feels authentic and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive, strengths-based, and practical approach that helps you understand your brain, build effective routines, and develop skills that make daily life feel more manageable. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to identify what’s getting in the way and what’s already working. Together, we create realistic systems and habits that support focus, organization, emotional regulation, and follow-through, while also helping you feel more grounded, confident, and resilient during times of stress or change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and clarify what brought you to therapy. We’ll review your intake paperwork together, talk through your goals, and explore what you’ve been experiencing. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, and current needs, and you’ll have time to share whatever feels important.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together, what the therapeutic process can look like, and the next steps that best support your growth.
