Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and self-worth. I create a calm, supportive space where people can slow down, reflect, and feel truly seen as they make sense of what they’re experiencing.

My work is grounded in meaningful therapeutic relationships and blends insight with practical tools to support long-term growth and emotional steadiness. I have 8 years of experience and earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends insightful talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I help clients understand emotional and relational patterns while also developing tools they can use in their everyday lives.

Therapy with me is collaborative, non-judgemental and paced thoughtfully. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, build self-awareness, and work toward changes that feel sustainable and aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll move at your pace as we explore what brings you to therapy and what feels most important right now. I’ll explain how our work together can look, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported.

Ongoing sessions focus on reflection, skill-building, and integration. Clients often share that therapy feels calming and grounding, and that they leave sessions with greater clarity, confidence, and tools they can apply outside of therapy.
