Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, codependency, and emotional overwhelm. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, heal from painful experiences, and build a stronger connection to their authentic self. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I often integrate Internal Family Systems-informed work, EMDR-informed interventions, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and process unresolved experiences. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about helping you understand the parts of yourself that developed to protect you. Together, we will work toward increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of internal safety.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your goals, and identifying what support may feel most helpful for you. I move at your pace and prioritize helping you feel emotionally safe throughout the process. By the end of the first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and clear about the next steps in our work together.
