Great to meet you!

I'm an attachment based therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

I received a Masters of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and family therapy at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. I have specialty training in EMDR, sandtray, interpersonal neurobiology, and play therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and scary. My role is to assist you in exploring your inner world to facilitate new ways to engage with yourself and others in a way that feels meaningful, authentic, and empowering. Therapy is a collaborative process where my role is to create space for you to show up as your fully human self, exactly as you are. I believe that each of us and our needs are unique, so I take an individualized approach to therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is warm and direct where I practice from a place of radical acceptance, nurturance, connection, self-compassion and understanding that views the individual as part of a broken system who learned to cope to survive familial, societal, and cultural injustice. In session, you will find me utilizing connection and humor to assist in the therapeutic process.
