Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with specialized training in wilderness therapy and a clinical focus on relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. I work with adults 18+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, and challenges in their relationships—including dating, breakups, friendships, marriage, and divorce. Before becoming a therapist, I worked professionally in matchmaking and dating, which sparked my interest in understanding what helps people build meaningful, healthy relationships. I bring both clinical expertise and real-world relationship experience to help clients better understand themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and create more fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence in making meaningful changes. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, get curious about what is happening beneath the surface, and work together toward lasting, values-aligned change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a thorough conversation about your background, current concerns, relationships, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll take the time to understand the bigger picture and learn what you hope to get out of our work together. There will also be plenty of space for you to ask questions, get to know me and my approach, and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan for therapy that feels supportive and tailored to you.
