Great to meet you!
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with specialized training in wilderness therapy and a clinical focus on relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. I work with adults 18+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, and challenges in their relationships—including dating, breakups, friendships, marriage, and divorce. Before becoming a therapist, I worked professionally in matchmaking and dating, which sparked my interest in understanding what helps people build meaningful, healthy relationships. I bring both clinical expertise and real-world relationship experience to help clients better understand themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and create more fulfilling relationships.
