Great to meet you!

Tessie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Her career in social work has been guided by her desire to provide compassionate support and to meet individuals where they’re at with warmth and without judgment. She has been supporting clients through crisis, trauma, grief, and transition since 2019. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington in 2023.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process that must meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. Tessie partners with her clients so that they have support and guidance in understanding their emotions, discovering patterns, recognizing their resilience, feeling empowered, and healing. Tessie’s goal is to be present, open, and thoughtful to foster vulnerability and change.

What you can expect from me

Tessie's goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and calming therapeutic environment that allows individuals to navigate life’s changes and challenges while feeling understood and accepted. She provides individual sessions to adults and adolescents. She has weekend availability.
