As a licensed marriage and family therapist,(LMFT) I hold a doctorate degree in Theology and Christian Counseling. I specialize in Brainspotting (BSP). Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I take an individual approach to everyone’s needs. Each session is tailored specifically to the needs of the client . I utilize Brainspotting , EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy as a few main sources for interventions.
During the initial session, we will collaboratively establish goals and measurable outcomes for our sessions. At the conclusion of each session you will have gained a greater insight of your personal issue and strategies to make changes or increase your level of acceptance.
