Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults navigate stress, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and performance pressure while building practical tools for lasting change. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the mental demands of high-performance environments and the importance of resilience both on and off the field. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel understood while moving toward meaningful growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with managerial experience working in community mental health, collaborative court programs, along with forensic mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and solution-focused. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients develop insight and real-world coping skills. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive — a space where clients can be honest, challenged when needed, and empowered to make sustainable changes. I meet clients where they are while helping them move toward clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a relaxed and judgment-free conversation focused on understanding their goals, current challenges, and what they hope to gain from therapy. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment where clients feel heard while also beginning to identify practical next steps. Together, we will clarify treatment goals and develop a plan that fits your needs and pace. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
