I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, working primarily with young adults, couples, and geriatrics. My approach to care combines evidence-based practices with a warm, relational style, allowing me to connect with clients in a meaningful and supportive way. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to inspire change, and I strive to empower clients by helping them develop the tools they need to navigate life’s difficulties. Whether you’re seeking to manage stress, cope with anxiety, or work through relationship issues, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. My mission is to create a collaborative environment where healing, self-discovery, and transformation can take place. I often use CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions to support my clients.
I chose this profession because I deeply value the importance of truly listening and understanding each person’s unique experience, offering a non-judgmental, empathetic ear to help foster healing and personal growth, and I find it most rewarding to provide a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their feelings, thoughts, and challenges.
Overall, my mission is to create a collaborative environment where healing, self-discovery, and transformation can take place.
