Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Many of my clients come to me after trying to manage things on their own but still not feeling like themselves.

My approach is practical and solution-focused. I combine thoughtful medication management with real-life strategies around sleep, stress, and overall health so you can start feeling more stable, clear, and in control again.

My approach to therapy

As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach — combining medication support with practical tools that help you feel more balanced and grounded. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a thoughtful and comprehensive conversation about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask questions about your current symptoms, personal history, medical background, and lifestyle so I can fully understand the bigger picture. We’ll also talk about your goals and begin discussing possible treatment options, including whether medication may be helpful. Most importantly, the first session is a space for you to feel heard, ask questions, and decide if we’re a good fit to work together.
