Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience, I partner with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and life or career transitions. My entire career has been rooted in residential treatment working with dual-diagnosis patients, and I specialize in treating addictions of all kinds. Whether you are actively struggling with substance use and dependence, navigating early recovery, or looking for long-term support in the recovery process, I am here to help.

I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free space tailored entirely to your needs. Together, we will uncover what it means for you to thrive, setting realistic goals and developing healthy, everyday coping skills. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth and healing.

I bring a unique perspective to this work: I am in long-term recovery myself, with over 17 years of sobriety. I understand addiction deeply, both personally and professionally. I also specialize in providing dedicated, affirming care to LGBTQIA+ individuals. I believe that meaningful healing happens when you feel completely safe and respected.

My approach to therapy

I integrate a blend of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapies to best support your unique needs. At the core of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves a safe, secure space to be truly heard. Together, we will focus on healing, growth, and empowering you to become the best version of yourself.
