Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience working with adults challenged with life or career transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar, and addiction/dependence on substances. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a mix of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief therapies. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be heard; feel safe and secure, heal and grow; and become the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is client-centered. I will meet you with openness, curiosity, compassion, acceptance, support, and collaboration. I will enjoy working together with you to identify the best treatment plan to become the best version of yourself. We will set obtainable goals and gain healthy skills to manage the day-to-day challenges in your life.

We will work together and help you reach your goals.
