Great to meet you!

I trained at a top PMHNP program, Vanderbilt University.

Over time, my approach has become increasingly focused on getting the diagnosis right first and avoiding unnecessary medications. Rather than relying on trial-and-error, I use a more structured, thoughtful approach to treatment—prioritizing long-term stability, minimizing side effects, and keeping medication regimens as simple as possible.

Many patients come to me after treatments haven’t worked or haven’t fully made sense. I take a step back, look at the bigger picture, and help build a clearer, more effective plan.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused on long-term stability. I work with you to find a treatment plan that helps you feel better now while also preventing future mood problems—with the fewest medications necessary.

Whether you’re starting treatment for the first time or have tried care before, we’ll build a clear, steady plan together.

What you can expect from me

  • Your first visit is a focused evaluation of your symptoms, history, and past treatments. We’ll review what’s been going on, what’s worked (or not), and clarify the underlying diagnosis. By the end, you’ll have a clear clinical impression and thoughtful treatment recommendations, with time for your questions.
