Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves healing through understanding and connection. My passion for this work stems from the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, seen, and supported in their journey toward personal growth and mental well-being.

Creo que todos merecen sanar a través de la comprensión y la conexión. Mi pasión por este trabajo proviene de la creencia de que todos merecen ser escuchados, vistos y apoyados en su camino hacia el crecimiento personal y el bienestar mental.

My approach to therapy

Through my academic and professional experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques, mental health assessment, and client-centered care. I am committed to using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, somatic psychotherapy, and internal family systems through a humanistic approach that encompasses the person as a whole.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, my goal is to cultivate a space where clients feel valued, secure, and free to explore challenging emotions without the worry of being judged. I approach each session with a spirit of openness and curiosity, always considering the unique backgrounds and experiences that influence each person's perspective. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I am committed to nurturing self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion in every client.
