Great to meet you!

Are you looking for a less rigid form of therapy? A place where you can show up as yourself and not feel judged or shamed? I believe that therapy is the place to process the different ins and outs of existing as a human and the conflicting emotions that may come from it. With all the rules and expectations that society may place for us, therapy is the one place to show up uninhibited. In the therapy room, we'll process the things, people, situations, and/or experiences that have been weighing you down. Life is hard, but you don't have to walk it alone. Whether you’re a couple or an individual, I'm here to support you!

My approach to therapy

As a Doctor in Clinical Sexology and Certified Sex Therapist I also help you explore your sexual identity, address intimacy challenges, and enhance your sexual well-being, always with empathy and without shame. Whether you're dealing with specific sexual issues or seeking to improve intimate relationships, I am here to support you in this area.

What you can expect from me

I believe that there are different parts of us that are wanting to be heard. I also believe that there is a connection between mental, emotional, and sexual health which is why we address all of them during therapy. Whether you’re ready to begin therapy or want to schedule a consultation to see if we’re the right fit, I'm here to help!
