Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience working as a crisis counselor, providing immediate intervention and support to individuals in distress. Throughout my career, I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. I have extensive experience helping individuals stabilize during overwhelming moments while also identifying practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy is not only a space for healing, but also for growth. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to invest in their mental health and take meaningful steps toward the life they want. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, we can work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create sustainable change.

Clients often describe me as empathetic, warm, and easy to talk to. I value bringing authenticity and even appropriate humor into sessions when helpful. I am passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, even when they may struggle to see them themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Seeking support can be a big step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward improved mental health and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant background information that feels important.

Together, we will identify your goals for therapy and discuss the approach that may best support your needs. You’ll also have space to ask questions, share any concerns, and clarify expectations about the therapy process. My goal for the first session is to ensure you leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about how we will move forward together.
