Great to meet you!

I believe every patient is unique and deserves individualized care. I have a passion for instilling hope in the patients I care for. I place a strong emphasis on actively listening and collaborating with each patient on their goals of treatment.

I am dual board certified Nurse Practitioner. I specialized in management of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, ADHD and addiction treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered. As a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I consider both physical and mental health when creating individualized treatment plans.

I combine evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, and education to help clients achieve their goals. I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns at your own pace. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to treatment, exploring your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and the goals you'd like to achieve.
