Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 7 years experience working in various mental health settings and in outpatient substance use treatment.

I specializes in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, self-esteem, codependency and relationship conflict. I also provide support to family members of loved ones struggling with addiction.

My approach to therapy

I take integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidenced-based practices from Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused techniques and trauma-informed care. I work collaboratively with the individual, providing a non-judgmental space for growth, exploration and discovery. I tailor my work to meet the needs of each individual by utilizing modalities that best fit their personality and situation.

What you can expect from me

I believe that each individual is deserving of living life to their fullest potential. I acknowledge that seeking support is not easy and is here to meet you with compassion, kindness and excitement.
