Great to meet you!

To come into the awareness that something doesn't isn't quite "right" or could be "better" is a huge step. Recognizing that you might need a partner in that process is an even bigger step, which is a lot to be proud of. The brave decision to seek therapy can allow us to explore the past, navigate the present and create the type of future that we want for ourselves in a safe, supportive atmosphere.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My name is Thea L. Ferdinand and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been trained to take this journey with you; you are not alone. I've worked with people experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety and issues with self-esteem or relationships. I also specialize in serving those affected by substance use/misuse. Whether you experience challenges in one of the areas above or something completely different, we can work together to address your needs. This is your space!
