Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience providing care in hospital, outpatient, telehealth, home-based, and residential rehabilitation settings. I earned my Master of Science degree from Florida International University and completed my psychiatric nurse practitioner certification through the University of Miami, and I am licensed in both Florida and New York. I have experience treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring substance use disorders, including assisting patients with detoxification and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). I also have experience working with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for all patients. As the founder of BlueMorph Psychiatry, my goal is to help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered while guiding them through healing, growth, and emotional transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, with treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a welcoming and supportive space where patients feel comfortable openly discussing their concerns without fear of judgment. I combine medication management, therapeutic support, coping strategies, and patient education to help individuals better understand and manage their mental health. I value building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, communication, and respect. At BlueMorph Psychiatry, the focus is not only on symptom relief but also on long-term emotional wellness, stability, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel warm, welcoming, and supportive. The initial appointment is focused on getting to know you as a whole person while discussing your current concerns, mental health history, stressors, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I take time to listen carefully, answer questions, and ensure patients feel comfortable, respected, and understood throughout the process. Together, we will begin creating a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy recommendations, coping strategies, lifestyle support, and medication options when appropriate. My goal is for every patient to leave their first session feeling heard, supported, informed, and hopeful about their journey toward healing and growth.
