Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. With 16 years of clinical experience in primary care, oncology, neurology, and sleep medicine, I understand the important connection between mental and physical health and how factors such as stress, sleep, and chronic health conditions can affect overall well-being.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your concerns, goals, and experiences. I take the time to understand the whole person—not just the symptoms—and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that is individualized, meaningful, and manageable.

My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward improved mental health, better sleep, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

As a psychiatric provider, I take a holistic and patient-centered approach to care. I work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other challenges that may be affecting daily life. When appropriate, I provide thoughtful medication management while also considering lifestyle, emotional well-being, and other factors that contribute to overall mental health.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout your mental health journey. I understand that seeking psychiatric care can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process approachable and collaborative. Whether you are seeking support for the first time, exploring medication options, or looking for continued care, I am here to partner with you as you work toward greater balance, confidence, and well-being.
