Great to meet you!

I’m a depth-oriented therapist with a background in modern psychoanalysis and Jungian analysis, and I’ve worked across community mental health, residential programs, and private practice. Before becoming a therapist, I studied linguistics, which shaped my interest in how language, culture, and identity affect the psyche. I work with adults and teens, especially those navigating trauma, grief, identity, anxiety, and the desire for deeper self-understanding. I aim to create a warm, curious space for exploring the unconscious, relationships, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in depth psychology, exploring the unconscious patterns, relationships, and internal conflicts that shape our lives. I work relationally, drawing from modern psychoanalysis, Jungian theory, and object relations. I’m attentive, warm, and curious, and I aim to create a space where you can slow down, notice your inner world, and understand the meanings behind your feelings and behaviors. I see therapy as a collaborative process that supports insight, integration, and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow down and get to know what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to understand or change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, relationships, and current concerns, while also giving you space to speak freely. My style is warm, curious, and attentive. You won’t be pressured to have everything figured out — instead, we’ll begin creating a collaborative, reflective space where you can feel safe exploring your inner world.
