Hello, and welcome. My name is Dr. Theresa Baffour, and I’m a Board Certified Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With a strong foundation in nursing, I pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Nursing Leadership at Rutgers University, followed by a Doctorate degree from Rutgers University. Further expanding my expertise, I obtained a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) qualification from Wilkes University, with a focus on diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions through both evaluation and medication management.

Whether you’re exploring treatment for the first time or looking for continued support, I offer a safe, respectful space to begin that journey. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way. You don’t have to go through this alone, I’m here to help.

With extensive experience in mental health, I provide care to a wide range of individuals including Christians, LGBTQ, non-Christians ages 9years and up navigating challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, OCD, Substance Use Disorders, Weight Management. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that mental health treatment is most effective when it’s collaborative—I’ll work closely with you to understand your symptoms, provide a diagnosis, and develop a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy referrals, and lifestyle support.
