Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, anxiety and emotional dysregulation. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fairfield University and went on to receive my master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. I have nearly twenty years of experience working with children and families in both clinical and school settings.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process that supports individuals to explore and understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. My approach to therapy emphasizes active listening, empathy, and personalized strategies that reflect your unique experiences and goals. It is not about instant fixes, but about cultivating a sustainable process of growth, insight, and healing, allowing individuals to build meaningful connections with themselves and others while achieving greater well-being.

What you can expect from me

I first focus on creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where clients can truly feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. From there, we work collaboratively to identify the concerns and goals to focus on together.
