Hi my name is Theresa Beasley, LISW-S, and I’ve been in the mental health and counseling field for 10 years. I see what I do for a living as one of the greatest privileges of my life, and practice gratitude for it every day. Wherever you are in your journey, I commend your courage for taking additional steps for yourself by engaging in counseling!

My predominant modalities are dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), and always person-centered. If it’s helpful - think of yourself as the executive sitting in the big-person chair. I, alongside other members of your support system, sit at the table.

I have fondness and experience working with folks seeking support navigating life changes; those committed to sustainable/long-term recovery from substance use; survivors of trauma; and those who’ve endured grief & loss, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, and bipolar. I'm an independent contractor with Vibrant Health Counseling and Teletherapy.
