Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a School Counselor. I have 15 years experience working with adolescents, including at-risk youth. I also work with adults. I tend to work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

Each client is unique. I use evidence-based techniques, ranging from CBT, narrative therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused.
