As a dual-board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, with combined 22+ years experience, I understand the important relationship of the mind / body connection using a holistic approach. I provide diagnostic services, medication management and therapy to clients of all ages across the lifespan. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and also specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD as well as others. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey!

I provide an individualized approach to care at your comfort level in a holistic manner. Once we decide to work together, you can expect open and respectful communication. I will be there to listen, but also to encourage and challenge you. I offer a free 15 minute telehealth initial screening, prior to you making your first appointment.

I appreciate reviewing the history intake forms before the first visit, so that I can spend our first session as a listener to what your needs are, which makes better use of your time. We will work together to set goals that are appropriate for you. My office is private and I offer both telehealth and in person visits.
