Great to meet you!

Now accepting new virtual therapy clients statewide in Indiana via telehealth.

Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to carry your burdens alone. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, an adolescent navigating a difficult season, or an adult processing a major life transition, I am here to walk alongside you. I provide a safe, flexible, and judgment-free space where you can feel fully validated. As an integrative Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I blend evidence-based therapeutic styles to tailor each session to your unique clinical needs, goals, and personal strengths.

My primary clinical focus is supporting children, teens, and young adults processing heavy life experiences, trauma, and major adjustments. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University (2014) and have spent over a decade helping families heal. My experience includes serving as the Behavioral Representative for a Child Advocacy Center (CAC). To deliver the highest level of specialized trauma care, I am actively certified in:

· Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

· Advanced TF-CBT for Human Trafficking & Commercial Sexual Exploitation (TF-CBT for T/CSE).

Healing is not a linear process, but you do not have to do it alone. I am here to help you challenge negative thoughts, develop positive coping skills, and safely rediscover your identity.

About me: Outside of the clinical setting, I stay grounded by spending quality time with my 7-year-old son, reading, swimming, and baking. I am also an avid music lover, enjoy dancing, and love caring for my animals—currently two dogs and one cat. I naturally bring this same sense of warmth, energy, and genuine human connection directly into the virtual therapy room.

My approach to therapy

As an integrative and eclectic therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I combine different therapeutic tools to match your unique needs and goals. With an open mind and a collaborative spirit, I provide a safe, flexible, and judgment-free space where you can explore your story and heal on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session is a casual, collaborative conversation focused on setting you up for success. We will start by reviewing confidentiality so you know exactly how your privacy is protected. Then, I will explain what our therapy process looks like and help you map out some initial treatment goals. To customize your care, we will briefly discuss what has or hasn’t worked for you in past therapy experiences. Finally, we will explore your personal strengths, hobbies, and interests so we can naturally build them into your unique healing journey.
