Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in both clinical and school-based settings. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have several years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, school, career decisions, and the transition into adulthood. My background as both a mental health counselor and school counselor gives me a unique understanding of how emotional well-being, relationships, education, and everyday life intersect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, but I’m also direct and willing to challenge you when it can support growth. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and supported, while also helping you recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and make meaningful changes. I tailor my approach to each client, focusing on building insight, developing practical skills, and creating changes that carry into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin identifying what you’d like to get out of therapy. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s currently happening in your life, and any goals or concerns you’d like to address. I keep the first session conversational and relaxed. We’ll work together to determine where to start and what will be most helpful for you.
