Great to meet you!

It's exhausting trying to hold everything together when your mind won't slow down or your patience keeps running out before the day does. I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors, so whether you're a parent looking for support for your kid or you're the one who needs somewhere to land, I'm used to meeting people exactly where they are. A lot of my clients are managing anxiety or ADHD, or trying to get a handle on anger that feels bigger than the moment that triggered it. I carry a full caseload because I genuinely want to be there, consistently, for the people I work with.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on building the kind of trust that makes real change possible, not just talking around the problem. We'll work toward you understanding your own patterns, whether that's what sets off your anxiety, what makes ADHD harder to manage on a given day, or what's underneath anger that keeps surfacing. I adjust my style to what you actually need rather than running everyone through the same process. I tend to work best with people who want a steady, patient presence and someone who will show up the same way every single session, not someone looking for a quick fix.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a warm, unhurried conversation. I'll ask what brought you in, a bit of your history, and what you're hoping to get out of this. You don't have to share everything right away; we'll go at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling heard, even if the only plan is to keep talking next time. If that sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
