As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I have been privileged to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and life circumstances. Adversity and loss have been among my greatest teachers, shaping me into the therapist I am today.

My therapeutic approach draws from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), emotionally-focused (EFT), and family systems modalities. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaborate to identify your unique goals and needs. I will gather relevant information about your background, experiences, and current challenges to develop a personalized treatment plan. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and share any concerns you may have about the therapeutic process.
