Welcome! I’m Theresa, an LPC located in Wisconsin. Congratulations on taking the first step to finding mental health care that fits your needs! I have experience in the mental health field for 6+ years. I work with ages 5 and older. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling. I use a variety of modalities and interventions to fit my clients needs. Major focuses in my work include trauma focused therapy, anxiety, depression, and much more!

I view therapy as a joint venture built on trust and authenticity. I help individuals and family’s use their strengths to address their unmet mental health needs, and to improve their over-all quality of life. With a caring and empathetic approach, I provide a safe space for clients to feel heard while navigating their mental health challenges.
