Great to meet you!
I believe that reaching out for help is an act of strength and a meaningful step toward self-care—so if you’re reading this, you’ve already taken a courageous first step.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 11 years of clinical experience working in diverse settings including the Department of Corrections, residential treatment programs, intensive outpatient behavioral health, addiction and trauma recovery services, and as a Military Family Life Counselor supporting military families.
I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, complicated grief, and personality disorders. I also support clients in building healthier relationships by developing strong boundaries and effective communication skills. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping you reclaim clarity and control in your life.
Additionally, I provide evaluations for Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters when clinically appropriate. While letters are never guaranteed, I offer a free 15-minute introductory session, with full assessments and ESA letter evaluations.
I also facilitate DBT skills groups designed to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Our next group sessions are forming now — if you are interested, please join the waitlist to secure your spot.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent three decades as an entrepreneur in the arts and entertainment industry. With over 60 years of life experience, I bring a unique and deeply informed perspective to my work.
I live happily with my husband, who is also a psychotherapist, and I am a proud parent of two grown children.
