Great to meet you!

With a background in macro social work for over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting diverse populations, including individuals with intellectual disabilities and young girls in nonprofit settings. Three years ago, I transitioned to clinical work to focus on one-on-one healing, combining my experience with evidence-based approaches like EMDR and CBT. I earned my degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and am passionate about helping women navigate life transitions, trauma, and self-discovery. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to rewrite your inner narrative.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in working with women navigating major life transitions, relational challenges, and the impact of trauma. Using techniques like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients process past experiences, reframe negative core beliefs, and build resilience. My style is warm, supportive, and direct—I believe in balancing deep emotional work with practical tools to create meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-worth, or navigating relationships, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, shift your inner dialogue, and help you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you build insight into your patterns, process unresolved experiences, and develop tools to navigate life with greater confidence and ease. Through our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, shift self-critical thoughts into self-compassion, and feel more empowered in your relationships and decision-making. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs—whether that means processing past trauma through EMDR, challenging limiting beliefs with CBT, or simply creating space to explore your emotions. Ultimately, my hope is that you leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, emotional clarity, and the ability to move forward in life with more resilience and authenticity.
