I use unbiased unconditional positive regard with the clientele population I work with. I use mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and DETUR protocol for relapse prevention. I treat every client like a human and nothing less.

As a trauma-informed counselor and a person in recovery, my mission is to create a compassionate, safe, and empowering space where individuals can begin or continue their healing journey. I believe that every person has the inherent capacity for growth, transformation, and resilience. Through empathy, lived experience, and evidence-based practices, I am committed to walking alongside clients as they reclaim their voice, rebuild trust in themselves, and move toward a life of authenticity and wholeness. My work is grounded in respect, non-judgment, and the belief that healing is not only possible—it is our birthright.
