Great to meet you!

I believe I have always had a calling for helping people in need. I worked as an EMT and a Domestic Violence Advocate in NJ before moving to TN. From there, I began to explore other ways in which I could continue to help in a deeper sense. I graduated from Rutgers University with my MSW/LSW, and a certification in Violence Against Women and Children back in 2018. I have worked in residential treatment centers for adolescents and community mental health prior to landing in private practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach each session with a sense of curiosity and care for my clients. I believe in meeting people where they are and that means taking a holistic approach to therapy. I like to utilize a mixture of different modalities that fit clients individual needs--including drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, somatic approaches, and sometimes even creative arts.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that everything a client needs to heal already exists within them. My job as your therapist would be to help foster a safe place for you to begin that process. My goal is to be a gentle and present light to assist clients to build and utilize skills and tools in order for them to become the guide of their own healing journey.
