Great to meet you!

Ready to move past tension and rediscover connection? I help couples navigate life’s weight by bridging the gap between your shared story and somatic experience to create lasting harmony.

Welcome to Balance & Bliss Therapy. With 18 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families heal by bridging the gap between the mind and the body. I believe true transformation happens when we listen to both your story and your somatic experience, weaving body-centered techniques into every session.

My practice focuses on three key areas:

Relational Healing: Using EFT and the Gottman Method to untangle relationship knots while tracking how your nervous system responds to stress.

Emotional Regulation: Connecting your thoughts to physical responses through practical CBT and DBT tools to help you navigate daily life with more ease.

Trauma Resolution: Combining these approaches with EMDR to gently identify and release where your body may be holding onto past trauma.

Outside the office, I practice the balance I teach. You’ll often find me training my therapy dog, hitting the road in my camping trailer, getting lost in a good book, catching a live concert, or enjoying quality, joyful time with my family. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to carry the weight alone. I offer a warm, collaborative space where individuals, couples, and families can find true balance and healing.

I believe you can thrive, even during life's most challenging seasons. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with somatic techniques, helping you bridge the gap between mind and body to release stress and build practical tools for everyday life. Whether we are untangling relational patterns or overcoming personal hurdles, I meet you exactly where you are with empathy and support, guiding you toward a brighter, more peaceful future.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is dedicated to establishing a foundation of safety, comfort, and connection. Together, we will create a collaborative, confidential environment where you can share your story without judgment.

During this initial meeting, we will identify the unique challenges you or your relationships are facing and begin shaping a practical, personalized roadmap for your healing. Whether our focus involves learning immediate coping strategies, breaking painful communication cycles, or rebuilding trust, our work will be tailored to your specific needs. We will move at a pace that feels secure and supportive for you. I look forward to working with you—please reach out to start your journey today.
