Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is optimal for healing and overall well being. Life can be challenging and will throw many obstacles your way. I am here to help you navigate through those obstacles and break down potential barriers. I have been practicing for 10 plus years, most of my work includes hospice and bereavement care. Recently over the last few years I have been in private practice focusing on a wide variety of mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with you is to provide a safe and creative space to openly share your experiences and feelings. When working with you I feel it's important to help you gain understanding of your life challenges and build a strong foundation of coping and teach problem solving skills.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, this is where we both have the opportunity to learn about each other and the expectations we both have for our time together. We will explore the past and set goals for the future.
