Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families find hope, healing, and stronger relationships. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from George Fox University in Oregon and specialize in trauma and attachment using evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CPT, CBT, DBT, TBRI, and couples therapy. As a Christian, I am honored to offer faith-integrated counseling for those who desire it while also providing compassionate, respectful care for clients from all backgrounds and beliefs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel valued, understood, and equipped to move forward with confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when people feel safe, accepted, and truly understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, combining evidence-based therapies with practical tools that promote lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process, while providing respectful, compassionate care for individuals from all backgrounds. My goal is to help you move beyond surviving to experiencing hope, healing, and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you're currently facing, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we'll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that builds on your strengths and equips you with practical tools to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
