Great to meet you!

For years, I worked in a psychiatric hospital seeing patients around the clock, and the hardest part was knowing I could only get people started on their journey before they had to leave. In private practice, I can finally see you through. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with backgrounds in primary care, addiction medicine, and psychiatry. I offer both medication management and talk therapy so we can work on your mental health from every angle. My goal is to give you the continuity of care that actually leads to lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I bring together medication management and talk therapy because I believe lasting change comes from treating the whole person. Whether we're adjusting a prescription, working through a difficult pattern, or both, I stay with you for the full journey. Not just the first step.

What you can expect from me

I create a nurturing environment that supports your mental health journey with empathy and care. I empower patients to set their treatment goals and set the pace of their therapeutic journey. I'm committed to being your collaborative guide, working together to help you achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
