Great to meet you!

You may feel exhausted from overthinking, people pleasing, difficulty trusting yourself or repeating painful patterns in relationships. Or, you might find yourself guarded or shut down, relying on logic, and independence while struggling to feel connected in relationships.

Whether you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or shut down and isolated, you don't have to navigate this alone. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, move beyond survival patterns, and develop a more connected and authentic relationship with yourself and others.

My work is rooted in an attachment-based and relational approach, meaning we look beyond coping skills to better understand the emotional patterns shaping your relationships, self worth, and inner world.

I integrate CBT, mindfulness, inner child healing, grief processing, nervous system, and somatic approaches to help clients move beyond survival patterns to a more authentic way of living.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I help clients slow down and better understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we identify underlying patterns, process difficult emotions, and develop actionable ways to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, what is bringing you to therapy, and what you would like to change.

From there, we'll create a direction for our work together that feels supportive and aligned with your needs.
