Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Therese and I'm a licensed MFT. You pronounce my name ter-ess, as in "When you are under distress call Therese". I have experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD bipolar, borderline, and substance. I have also worked with children and adults on the Autism spectrum.

My approach to therapy

I provide an atmosphere of non-judgement and safety, and warmth. We can laugh, cry, and find solutions together all in the same session. Once we have built rapport I will challenge you with empathy and we will sort out positive and negative patterns together.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions we will clarify your goals and formulate a plan together on how to achieve them.
