My passion is helping others with their self-discovery. I do this by providing a safe and comfortable environment where you can be heard without worrying about judgment. I have worked with diverse populations from ages 12 and older, helping them resolve challenges in their everyday life.
Using an eclectic style, I meet each individual where they are and with what they need. There are a variety of skills that I use when working with a client, with the understanding that everyone needs something different and something special. I take the time to discover what exactly is needed from each client, and I implement that in the sessions. To keep it simple, my style is determined by what you need to grow as a person and cope with what you are going through.
Leaving a session with me, you should feel heard, respected, and empowered. While some sessions may be more challenging than others, you should always feel as though you were able to communicate all your needs and have a plan of action going forward. Therapy with me is a conversation. A conversation prioritizing you and how to become the best version of you that YOU want to be.
