Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist with 30 years of experience helping people work through grief, eating disorders, alcoholism, codependency, relationship struggles, and the broader work of self-improvement. A central focus of my practice is helping clients learn to befriend, care for, and accept themselves — work that can sound simple but often feels anything but, especially in the middle of it. I bring steadiness, deep clinical experience, and a non-judgmental space to every session.

My approach to therapy

My first priority is always your safety and comfort. I start by understanding what helps you relax and open up, meeting you at your own pace. From there, I work to understand what you've already tried — what's worked, what hasn't — with empathy and without judgment, honoring your story as you've lived it. Together, we set goals that reflect what you actually want for yourself. We'll honestly name challenges and blocks, and practice acceptance alongside them, with ongoing compassion and encouragement as you find your own path forward.

What you can expect from me

I welcome you, exactly as you are. Whatever you're carrying, there's a good chance I've sat with someone carrying something like it — and I'm here to meet you where you are, at your pace, with care and without judgment. Let's get started.
