Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care to clients throughout Idaho via telehealth. I earned my Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Johns Hopkins University and bring a strong medical background to my work. I treat children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and more complex concerns. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with a whole-person perspective that considers genetics, lifestyle, and overall health. My goal is simple: help you feel clear, stable, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, practical approach to treatment. I look at the full picture — including genetics, sleep, stress, medical history, and lifestyle — not just symptoms. When medication is appropriate, I use it thoughtfully and aim to avoid unnecessary polypharmacy. I value clear communication and shared decision-making so you feel confident in your treatment plan. Care should feel structured, steady, and supportive.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive but comfortable conversation focused on understanding you. We’ll review your concerns, history, and goals, and I’ll explain my impressions in clear, straightforward language. Together, we’ll outline a treatment plan and next steps. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident about your path forward.
