Great to meet you!

I am a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner genuinely committed to improving quality of life in my clients. Universities attended include: Pennsylvania State University, Shenandoah University, Wilmington University, Liberty University. I provide care for men and women ages 18 and older.

My approach to therapy

I consider the treatment encounter as a partnership between the client and provider that employs therapeutic techniques including motivational interviewing, Individual supportive therapy, along with consideration for medication management, labwork, nutrient supplementation and lifestyle modifications based upon diagnosis and client goals. We work together to achieve mental wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Our initial encounter would include introductions and discussion of the desired goals of the client, evaluation and determination of diagnosis if present, discussion of treatment plan and scheduling of a follow up encounter if indicated.
