Great to meet you!
I’m a psychotherapist, humanities scholar, Navy veteran, and Registered Professional Archaeologist with an expertise in Native American rock art, and I bring all of these experiences into the room. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I now focus on trauma‐informed care for people seeking depth‐oriented psychotherapy. My background includes EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, and other evidence‐based trauma treatments widely used across the VA and military branches, along with experiential approaches like equine‐assisted and animal‐assisted support.
I’m warm, empowering, inquisitive, and creative. I listen closely and work collaboratively to help people understand themselves more fully. My approach blends evidence‐based care with a deep appreciation for stories, relationships, and experiences that shape a person’s life. I also provide LCSW Supervision and stay deeply engaged in ongoing professional education, including emerging tools like virtual reality for phobias and trauma work.
People who work with me can expect steadiness, curiosity, and a clear therapeutic framework. I’m committed to helping clients build insight, emotional capacity, and meaningful change.
